Hm, I don't know about that machine, but I don't think that the romanian  
engineers were able to shrink that big beast... Believe me ;) but then
again, who knows... I only know that in Hungary they've produced 11/780
clones from ECL/Schottky components 'til around 1988. I have the technical
manuals (with board layouts, logical scheme, etc) for that machine ;) and
in fact I was offered such a machine in an AsMP configuration, but I don't
have room for it yet...

I've also seen a picture of a yugoslavian 11/750-clone, it was the size
of a 11/780 with extension cabinets... It looked weird...
