Okay, I've done a little more looking at this one.  When I run a "test 82" 
on the KA650, it reports that the DELQA is running in DELQA mode.  IIRC,
you can set the DELQA to operate in DEQNA mode as well.  I poked around
the various software configurable settings on the KA650 and didn't find
anything that I could change on the DELQA from there.  In pulling the
actual Q-bus module out, I found an DIP switch block present on the PCB. 

Is this where you'd set the DELQA to operate in DEQNA mode?  And if so,
how do the switches need to be set?
