It depends on what you call a "UVII".  If you're talking about a single
BA23 or BA123 box, you're right.  If you're willing to chain multiple boxes
and/or custom wire a backplane so each CPU gets its own private Q/CD bus,
then you can have up to 16 Mbytes for each CPU.  It's all explained in
the Micronote...
