1.  Where can I find the binaries for the 1.3 release, or is it too soon
to find in FTP site.  What I see there
    is dated in July, 1997

2.  I am running 1.2G and my system panics when I do a netstat command.
Any ideas?  I would like to
    resolve this by not resolving it at all and upgrading to 1.3, hence
the first question..
