Well I'll verify that the KFQSA and my system configuration works with
Ultrix. I just can't seem to get the label to stick after edlabel is
done.

The KFQSA is in a MV3400 and I used the above commands to configure 2
RF31s on the controller.  Do you know of any disk setting that I
should check to get edlabel to work? ie. set host/dup/uq/disk 0
params
