I finally have a working NetBSD install!  The 3100 works.
It's slow, and awfully jerky, but that's because of the PIO-only kernel.
Right now it'll sit behind the firewall until I get it working right.
Maybe I'll have it do something useful soon... :)

Oh, and I have it set to (almost) autoboot.
If you say
>>> SET BFLG 3
it sets the bootflags to 3.  That way, It'll go sit at the bootloader
prompt rather than try autobooting itself from /netbsd, which is not
pretty at all.
