You may have to pull one of the 8meg cards.  If it comes up good. 
However, watch the power connector going from the PS to the backplane.
If it is the one where the wires are not the exact same length replace
it with one that does.  The uneven length cable tends to burn up at loads
approaching 80% and that configuration may hit 100%
