New improved and expanded VAX netbooting HOWTO v0.5

* More flavors of VAX are discussed
* Covers new NetBSD/vax 1.3 release
* Converted all references of NetBSD/VAX to the more formally
  acceptable NetBSD/vax
* Examples are now based on traditional /export scheme used for
  diskless client servers

This probably still needs a bit of polishing up, but as far as my tired
brain can tell -- it looks pretty decent.

Still need to add more server OSes, and I'm trying to track down the etftp
components mentioned on the list a while back.  I'd like to write up
something on netbooting systems with Q-bus and maybe Unibus ethernet
devices.
