Suggestions:
  Open the case (carefully - the flyback can stay juiced for hours after
turning it on), and check to see if something fell into it durring the
move. Change, light chains, that sort of thing. Look for smoked spots on
the board.

If all else fails, try replacing the fuse with paperclip. That always
works ...
