Any RA-type disks.

Those that exists are:
RA60, RA70, RA71, RA72, RA73, RA80, RA81, RA82, RA90, RA92.

Sizes range from about 200 megs to 2 gigs.

The ones I'd recommend are the RA72, RA73, RA90 and RA92.

RA7x drives are pretty small. about 5 1/4" full height or so. RA9x is much
larger.

You could hunt for Q-bus SCSI controllers...
