This is a very long shot but FWIW, back in 1983 when I first got my *ten*
model 33s (9 ASRs and a KSR/SF) I bought all kinds of parts from a place
called "Typetronics" located in Florida (USA) somewhere, Ft. Lauderdale
maybe? It seems unlikely that there's still enough business to support
them, and anyway I got the impression it was someone's retirement business
so the owner may no longer be among the living by now, but they had just
about *every* part, manual and tool (for 5- and 7-level, also a bit of 6-level
stuff and I think even few Kleinschmidt things), most of which were brand
new. I even got the official Teletype contact burnisher tool for the
distributor on my Model 19's keyboard from them, which was 40 years old
even then. I definitely bought some of the things on your list (paper tape
hub, metal strip for the front) from them. Anyway if by some miracle they're
still in business, they could definitely help you. I'll see if I can
turn up their address, I'm pretty sure it was P. O. Box 8873 (either that
or 7388) in whatever town it was.

I think I've got a spare RK11D board set but not the backplane... And
packs galore (in unknown condition) but they would be really expensive to ship.
