I goofed :-(

I installed the 1.2 Alpha at the time the only distribution I could 
find. I then got the 1.2G install files, and loaded them. I didn't 
however change the rest of the files, ie. the new snapshot. I'm 
downloading the 1.2G snapshot now and am going to try it, without 
incident I trust !

I tried the 1.3 Alpha and got an error about no /dev/console, so I 
went back to 1.2G
