Ok. This is very simple. Your machine isn't supported. No machine with the
SOC cpu is supported. I have a MicroVAX 3100/30. 

The fact that VaxStation 3100/[34]0 is supported is that it's much an
older construction. MicroVAX 3100/[34]0 is a number of generations younger
construction.
