Have you tried this?

Nboot
: tms(0,0)/copy
      ^^^^^^^^^

IIRC the boot-program tries to load the file "/netbsd" per default.
Anything else has to be named explicitely. Also if you have only
one TK50 on your system you want to boot from tms(0,0).
