Hello and Happy New Year to all of you!

The surprise is I have finished successfully installing 1.2B using the
new kernel and it is stable, quick, and I did it on my first try!

Of course I went over the FAQ, did a couple of my own little mods to
the install procedure and took my time - one step at a time, very very
carefully.
