I have not tried this yet but I was wondering:

If I have NetBSD up and running on a 486 and I wish to compile a
new kernel for my Vax, could I cross compile it on the PC
and then just ftp it over to a vax or the target vax?

I mean just to get the compiles done a little faster than on
a uVII. THey do seem to take a bit of time.

I figure this is a good use of an intel based product, so myu
real system is being used for REAL work.

Thanks in advance
