  I have some docs here.  I'm not sure as to the extent of their
coverage of register-level stuff, but I've got the "MicroVAX I Owner's
Manual" and the "MicroVAX I CPU Technical Description".

  You _should_ be! :)  I run NetBSD on several VAXen now...a couple of
MicroVAX II's and a 'III.  It's _nice_.
