There should be a program called "rx50.zip" on ftp.update.uu.se in (I
think) /pub/ibmpc.  This will let a PC with a 1.2mb floppy drive
read/write/format RX50 diskettes for the DEC Rainbow.  They also have
22disk, which is supposed to be able to read & write almost anything. 
Since RX50 is for the Rainbow specificially, it may try to put an MSDOS
filesystem on the diskettes, but at least it's a starting point.
