Well, the "MacBinary" is a red flag. gs is probably barfing on the
MacBinary header... I suggest you find a utility to strip the MacBinary
metadata off the file. (e.g. Stuffit Expander on a Mac, but if you were
using a Mac, we wouldn't be here :))
