A little more digging will turn up a non-scanned 68020 manual direct
from Motorola's site:

(path: www.mot-sps.com, select "Documentation" tab, use the drop-down
menus to select "32-bit embedded processors", "68K/ColdFire", and then
"68K M680X0" "68K M68020" or "68K Peripherals" and "MC68882").

The 68882 path doesn't turn up an actual 68882 manual, sadly, but the
generic "68000 Family Programmer's Reference Manual" should have all
the information you need.
