The way I did it with a 1GB Seagate is to format and newfs the disk under
SunOS, dd the miniroot onto the swap of the new disk. Boot from the swap
partition and install from local HD (that just so happened to be on the same
Seagate HD). System is now up and running like a dream (well just getting
everything as I want it). I have more details of what exactly I did written at
home, I could write them up as a sorta FAQ ??
