I don't see how improvements would be necessary. I'm currently
using a link through a 28.8 Kbps modem on a Sun 3/50. I get occasional
buffer overruns, but it's nothing serious. (I got virtually none
when I was using a 3/60, but that met its demise recently. *Sigh*)
