	Ok... what a day.  I managed to repair the miniroot to add the
sd1 disk.  vnd is cool.  It turns out that the Sun4 uses the same
device numbers for sd and rsd, so that was even more convenient.

	One little thing that got me was that the default presented by
the install script for initializing filesystems is 'y' ... does not
seem to be a default... typing return gets 'skipped' while typing 'y'
gets you a new filesystem.
