  dev/ramdisk.c, line 99, the prototype is for rd_attach vs rdattach.

  A warning to all: lots of stuff that 'make depend' doesn't pick up.
But compiles on a 3/60 are so slow that 'make clean' is *not* a good
suggestion :-) 
  (yes, my SI_OPTIONS are adjusted to 7)
