I'm seeing it on my 3/60 with DMA turned on, yes.  I'll see what happens 
booting into DDB and stting si_options to 0 ... (haven't been able to 
build a kernel, unfortunately...)

Yes, but why did it show up "all of the sudden"?  I used DMA on my 3/60 
ever since the capability was there...
