Subject: Installing 1.1: `read-only filesystem' error

When attempting to copy the miniroot filesystem on to my swap space,
I get

	dd: /dev/rsd0b: Read-only file system

The disklabel looks all right to me, though I did write it over a
(different) SunOS disklabel. I've tried mounting / (the ramdisk)
read-write, which didn't make any difference, and also tried creating
another partition (/dev/rsd0e and /dev/rsd0g) with the same length
and starting cylinder, but I just got back `device not configured'
when I tried to write to those.

What am I doing wrong?
