Yes.  That netboot works for me, but there may be problems with it
when run on a machine with a really old PROM revision.  What is
the PROM revision of your machine?  (displayed at power-on)

That is the PROM network driver trying to RARP for its IP address.
For some reason, it is not getting a satisfactory response.

All you should see at that point is RARP packets.
