Um, your SCSI bus looks really sick - your disk appears to be responding to
ALL possible SCSI addresses. That does not bode well. Or do you really have
seven of those 1GB Conner disks?

I would proceed in the current state only with the clear understanding that
you're very likely to scrog your disk and have to start over again. I'd
recommend examining the jumpers on the disk drive that set the SCSI ID to
make sure they're properly set, and think hard about replacing the cabling
you're using for the SCSI bus.
