The version I use lists Klas Heggemann <klas@nada.kth.se> in the
README; you might find it on sunsite somewhere, but I don't know
exactly where I picked it up. (it would be bootparamd, no "s" in
there.) There might even be a mini-HOWTO on setting up 3/50's, or
perhaps more advice at the UIUC site that puts out the Xkernel sunos
release.

It might have come from "linux-xkernel.tar.gz", which was put together
by martin@trcsun3.eas.asu.edu back in late 1993, but I don't know if
that's still around (at the time, you needed kernel patches to support
RARP but it is in the kernel now...)

My installation is based on this, except that I boot one of the 3/50's
under sunos+X server, and the other under netbsd; of course, X is one
of the things that needs an FPU (under bsd, not under sunos) so I
don't have it running usefully yet. It does boot though.
