I've tried several times to build a -current kernel on my 1.0 system
with no luck. The result always dies with illegal instruction error
in process 1 as it's booting. I've tried building with both the gcc
(2.4.5) distributed with 1.0, and with what should be gcc 2.7.0.

Rather than screw around any longer, I'd like to jump around the
problem.

Thanks,
