The disk boot programs are now working (bootxx, ufsboot).
This should let us quit using dbsym to get kernel symbols
once the kernel is taught to preserve the symbol table.
Still todo:  Add rules to stand/ufsboot/Makefile to strip
the header from the program and install it, and add the
install targets for bootxx, installboot, etc.

I also have a netboot program close to working (I think)
but I have not had time to finish debugging it yet.
If anyone wants to work on this, let me know.
