Which generation of sun4v system are you using?

On a T2000 system (T1 based) the init process crashes, whereas on a T5 or 
S7 based system the init process runs fine and runs sysinst as well 
(though crashes with issues when creating the nodes in /dev via the MAKEDEV script).

All these scenarios are running in a ldom.
