So, I unplugged the 2 hard-drives and inserted a Solaris 10 u10 CD-ROM
in the optical drive.
Unfortunately, nothing changed. As it powers on, I get a notification
from ALOM telling that the host system has started, but that's it.
No Openboot PROM and no kernel messages on serial, both on SER MGMT and
SER TTYB ports. I wonder why, whether if console output  was disabled or
something wrong with the built-in ALOM chip.

As a side note, in the optical unit I found a relic of the Sun glory
days: an Enteprise Installtion Standard (EIS) Internal Media 3.1.8 CD.
