Confused about booting new kernels

Hi,

The problem I had several months ago still has no resolution. I've reinstalled the latest bootblk and ofwboot built from netbsd-7 sources from today, then tried booting a new netbsd-7 GENERIC kernel, then -current from nyftp.netbsd.org, and still nothing newer than 6.1 boots:

Sun Fire V100 (UltraSPARC-IIe 548MHz), No Keyboard
OpenBoot 4.0, 2048 MB memory installed, Serial #53885934.
Ethernet address 0:3:ba:36:3b:ee, Host ID: 83363bee.

Executing last command: boot
Boot device: disk File and args:
NetBSD IEEE 1275 Multi-FS Bootblock
Version $NetBSD: bootblk.fth,v 1.13 2010/06/24 00:54:12 eeh Exp $

netbsd in this example was from HEAD on nyftp, and netbsd.old was from a while ago. The bootloader also claims to not be able to load an install kernel, too.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
John Klos
