Cassini ethernet driver added

Hi,

I've recently committed a driver for the Sun Cassini/Cassini+ Ethernet (also
known as National Semiconductor Saturn). This is a port of the OpenBSD
cas(4) driver (which in turn is based on our gem(4) driver).

I've tested with a quad Gigaswift card in a 280R and a single MMF card in
a V120. The driver doesn't currently support any of the hardware features
(checksums, data coalescing, etc.) so everything is done by the main CPU.
Using ttcp, throughput is about 200 - 240 Mb/s using TCP and about 300 -
400 Mb/s using UDP.

I have seen occasional transmit and receive errors when using ttcp with
UDP, but it seems to be fine for normal use (e.g. UDP NFS root).

Thanks,

J
