native Xorg and pkgsrc

[root@Kriggle x11-links]$ make install

ERROR: x11-links-0.38 requires X headers to be installed

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/src/pkgsrc-2008Q3/pkgtools/x11-links
[root@Kriggle x11-links]$ uname -a

Obviously there are no longer headers under /usr/X11R6 in case of native
Xorg. So how do I marry pkgsrc to native Xorg?

BTW: Why is there still a mostly empty /usr/X11R6 in case of native
Xorg? Shouldn't it be all under /usr/X11R7?
