This one likes to have Java.  I've never noticed or been told for what
exactly it wants the Java.  It probably works ok without Java, but
it'll use Java if Java is there.  so if you want exactly the same
capability in sparc64 OpenOffice as in i386 OpenOffice, Solaris is
probably your only choice.
