Couple of questions/issues to inquire about...

First, it looks like starting syslogd on the -current SMP kernel
seems to always say:

Aug 27 13:33:49 usparc /netbsd: kbd0: reset failed

I haven't seen this on the UP sparc64 I have, but it's still
running 3.0, so. I've seen a few kbd issues (ie, the driver noting
things, I don't actually have a keyboard attached at all). Perhaps
that's the issue, that I don't have a keyboard attached?

In other news, I was running in single user, and brought up the
normal process of /etc/rc.d startup scripts. They all seemed to come
up for the most part, and while I was trying to NFS mount some source
code, I got a crash while using the line-editor in ksh. I don't
think I was doing anything interactively that caused this. I was
using the serial console TTY, but was in the midst of editing a line,
rather than running a command. Anything interesting I could gather?
I'll leave the system here for a bit.

Let me know, generally, if there's any sort of information I
should gather, or anything you'd like me to look at and/or try to
advance this work. Thank you very much for all your efforts!
