Yes.

Not at all complicated, internal disks are likely ordinary IDE disks. 
You might want to use a SCSI controller though since the onboard IDE 
chip doesn't support any UDMA mode, only PIO4. The firmware supports a 
few SymBIOS chips directly ( so it's bootable even with incompatible or 
no ROM on the card ), like the 53C875 UW-SCSI controller which is 
fairly easy to find ( should be pretty cheap as well ).
