Argh.  Sorry, I fixed this long ago and had it committed upstream,  
but I never
got around to committing it to pkgsrc.  It's been in my LOCALPATCHES  
the whole
time, so irssi was working and I forgot about it :)

Anyway, it's in pkgsrc now.
