 I wonder if I can somehow limit CPU usage when compiling.
 I mean, like ALTQ on network flow, maybe I could say pkgsrc, make or else "don't use mode that 50% CPU"
 or "slow down so that load avg don't go up to 0.7".
 Not ure it makes sense though :)

 Maybe "nice -n 20 make package clean" ?
