Hi,

doesn't work for me ;(

 - kernel is "NetBSD 2.99.16 (GENERIC)" (crosscompiled from i386)
 - the screen is white/black (which seems to tell me something's
   different :)
 - my /etc/ttys is now :
########################################################################
#console "/usr/libexec/getty suncons" sun-ss5 on secure
ttyE0 "/usr/libexec/getty suncons" sun-ss5 on secure
ttya "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" unknown off secure
ttyb "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" unknown off secure
ttyh0 "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" unknown off secure
ttyh1 "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600" unknown off secure
ttyp0 none network
...
########################################################################
 - I tried you XF86Config (and mine which was working on
   OpenBSD/sparc64)

 I hav two problems :
1. my keyboard doesn't type anything (it's is a Type 5)
2. when I start xdm (from a ssh session), it goes :
########################################################################
# cat /var/log/xdm.log

Fatal server error:
no screens found
xdm error (pid 506): Server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly: 1

Fatal server error:

xdm error (pid 506): Server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly: 1

Fatal server error:

xdm error (pid 506): Server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly: 1

xdm error (pid 506): Server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly: 1
xdm error (pid 506): Display :0 is being disabled
########################################################################

 what's the part I'm missing ?

TIA,
	Jo
