Looking at /usr/pkgsrc/devel/p5-perl-headers/Makefile, there doesn't
seem to be any restriction for sparc64 ; there is even a SVR4_PKGNAME.

You can try to compile it by hand.
I saw OpenLDAP package doesn't exist either (for 1.6.2/sparc64 ; or did
my lftp fooled me ?) but I can compile&run it OK.
