The funny thing about this is my Ultra 5:

NetBSD sidewinder 1.6_STABLE NetBSD 1.6_STABLE (SIDEWINDER) #2: Thu Dec 12 16:16:44 MST 2002     rmk@sidewinder:/usr/src/sys/arch/sparc64/compile/SIDEWINDER sparc64

hme0: flags=8a63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,ALLMULTI,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        address: 08:00:20:b3:5f:0b
        media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX full-duplex)
        status: active
        inet 216.17.154.241 netmask 0xffffffe0 broadcast 216.17.154.255
        inet6 fe80::a00:20ff:feb3:5f0b%hme0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1

The switch is:

D-Link DSS-8+ 10/100 switch.

It's been working at 100baseTX full-duplex since original install of
NetBSD 1.6. All I did was plug it in.
