port-sparc64: serious problem with hme0

Hello,
when I ftp tp my Ultra  10 running NetBSD 1.6 I got TONS of these errors
and speed degreases to 1MB/sec. the connection is 100MBps.

anyone has idea of what is happening?
I found no clue on the archives
