Nothing.  I can't get into the PROM either, but I can't even do that when
it's working, so that might just be a kernel setting.

Is there a way to specify that a device should NOT be used?  I know I can
do wire scsi devices to sd<n> with specific config options, but can I
ensure that this slot is NOT used?

sd* at pci 1 dev !2 ...
