this is a problem with the fas driver, afaik, and has always existed.
happens on ultra2 built-in and the SUNW/fas sbus card (same chip, afaik).

once it occurs and the bus returns without queuing, it does not happen
again.  i havent been able to track down the cause.  if someone would
like to help me ... :)
