The drive is internal SCA.
External port is not used. The only jumper on HDD is to disable motor 
auto-start.

The SCSI error occurs in two cases.

1. sometimes, just before or after 'RAIDframe activated' message during 
booting.

   : in this case, system endlessly displays SCSI bus reset message and
     I should power-off to recover.

2. In heavy disk load

   : today, i met three times (cvs checkout / kernel build / xfig compile).
     However, this case was harmless.
