Also I could install 1.6A using using sysinst.
However, there was no problem when using old way.
My problem is I don't know how to write XF86Config for Ultra 1
with TGX+ or Creator. Can anyone show me sample XF86Config ?

An old installation way I followed is

1. boot net netbsd.INSTALL   (before this, server should be set up)
2. disklabel sd0, and newfs slices using sysinst.
3. exit to shell from sysinst.
4. mount /dev/sd0a /mnt ; mount /dev/sd0g /mnt/usr
5. ifconfig network interface (e.g. ifconfig hme0 192.168.1.11)
6. get problematic 20020526-1.6A tar balls via ftp and tar xzpf {balls} at 
/mnt
7. cd /mnt/dev; ./MAKEDEV all
8. copy snapshot/20020526-1.6A/.../netbsd-GENERIC.gz to /mnt
9. copy snapshot/20020526-1.6A/.../ofwboot to /mnt/
10. edit /mnt/etc/rc.conf, /mnt/etc/ifconfig.xxx, /mnt/etc/hosts, ...
11. unmount /mnt and /usr/mnt
12. cd /; installboot bootblk /dev/sd0a
    (since installboot in 0526-1.6A directory is not working,
     use installboot in 1.5.2 release)
