Recompiled a kernel for my Ultra 1 from Apr 22 sources.  The key auto
repeat at the console is gone, along with the pauses for disk IO.  Also,
SunOS netscape runs without taking out the machine.  Wonderful!

PS.  Minor niggle is that COMPAT_10 and COMPAT_12 need to be defined if
COMPAT_SUNOS is defined when building.
